Which raw materials can the line process?
Compaction behavior depends on composition, moisture and feed particle size. Share your formula or material details so we can discuss the process. Material suitability and the equipment configuration need to be confirmed for each project.
Does dry compaction always eliminate drying?
Different materials require different preparation. Moisture adjustment and post-treatment depend on the feedstock and finished-product specification. These stages should be considered when defining the complete process.
Is machine capacity the same as complete-line output?
Finished-product output also depends on feedstock, formulation, screening and recycle load. Define your target as the amount of on-spec finished product required per hour.
Can the line connect to my existing equipment?
Share details or drawings of the equipment already in place. Integration, layout, controls, installation and spare-parts scope can then be addressed in the project configuration and quotation.
